Kate has been with Allambie Vet Clinic for the past 2 years. She works part time, and works most Saturdays at the clinic. Kate graduated from Sydney University in 2003 and then spent 18 months doing an internship at the University Vet hospital. She has now completed her PhD in cancer research (human). Kate's long-term goal is to improve the knowledge we have of the cancers that can affect our pets, and to develop new and safe diagnostic tests and treatments. She has a Boxer called Milo and a cheeky cat called Beetle who are kind enough to allow her to share their home.
